At Scio Labs, we are committed to providing high-quality career guidance counseling services. However, if you are unable to attend your scheduled session, we offer a limited refund policy under specific conditions.

Refund Eligibility

  • You are eligible for a full refund if you are unable to join the counseling session within 3 days after booking it.
  • Refunds will not be issued for any cancellations made after 3 days from the date of booking.

How to Request a Refund

  • To request a refund, please contact us at info@sciolabs.in with your booking details, including your order number and the reason for the refund request.
  • Our team will review your request and notify you of the approval status within a few business days.

Refund Process

  • If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

Conditions for Partial Refunds
